Refund policy

At Ohi:yo Pepper Co, we take great pride in the quality of our hot pepper products. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 20 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us to obtain a return authorization.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. The refund should be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items, such as fresh hot peppers.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we determine that the item has been tampered with or intentionally damaged.
