Peppers are picked Monday and Tuesday and shipped same day they are harvested. Peppers will be mailed in the order they are received and subject to availability.
Fresh picked peppers are amazing sliced up and added to the top of tacos, pizza, burgers, wings, chili, cheese and crackers. Chop the top and toss the whole pepper into your curry, rice, chili, or stock. Add deep fried peppers to your sandwiches, salads, and on top of your chili. Sauté chopped peppers with onion, garlic, and other vegetables for a delicious stir fry. Make your own hot sauce and salsa!
